Where are your puzzles manufactured?

Our puzzles are made in the USA by an independent, family-owned manufacturer. Our partner is wholly committed to environmentally-friendly best practices, including:

• Exclusive usage of wood from sustainable forestry, with FSC / PEFC certified raw material suppliers
• Short-distance travel of raw materials (from regional sources) to reduce carbon emissions
• Utilization of non-toxic, water-based colors and coating in the printing process
  
  

What is the status of my order?

After checkout, you should have received an order confirmation email with an unique tracking link that provides an up-to-date order status. If you need further assistance or have not received the email within the following day after placing your order, please contact us at hello@hereandnowpuzzle.com and we’ll get you squared away as soon as possible! What payment methods do you currently accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We plan on increasing this selection as we continue to grow so be sure to subscribe to our mailing list for the latest updates.

How can I receive the Free Shipping offer on my order? 

By signing up for our email list, you will be able to receive your one-time code via email for free U.S. domestic shipping on your first puzzle purchase! Keep in mind that this code can only be used once per customer.
