Our Shipping Rate for one puzzle in the United States within the 48 contiguous states is US$5.00 but we do offer free shipping on your first puzzle purchase - simply sign up for our email list to receive your one-time code! We offer a US$15.00 flat priority shipping rate to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.
Canada: We currently offer shipping to the following Canadian Provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, & Quebec. Shipping rates start at US$6.50 for one puzzle.
United Kingdom: We currently only offer shipping to England and are working hard to expand shipping capacities to other regions. Shipping rates start at US$8.00 for one puzzle.
We work hard to ensure that any shipping delays are kept to a minimum and that you receive your puzzle as soon as possible! Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive, process, and ship out your order.
We ship out all orders within 1-2 business days. Within the United States, your package will arrive 3-7 calendar days after shipping. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
We currently support international shipping for specific regions in Canada and the United Kingdom. For customers in Canada, you may expect your package to arrive within 12 days after shipping. For customers in the U.K., you may expect your package to arrive within 15 days after shipping.

You will receive an email when your order is placed and again when it has been shipped. If you've created an account during checkout, you may check on order updates by signing in with the same email address and password.
Please email us at email@example.com immediately if you have accidentally placed an order, would like to change your delivery address, or would like to cancel your order and we'll do our best to help you out. We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched to our carriers. However, we will not be able to process any changes once the order has been shipped.
Please reach out to us as soon as you can to see whether you are within policy.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the shipment progress based on the latest updates made available by the shipping carrier.
If your delivery is overdue, please contact us immediately so that we can start an investigation and sort this out immediately.
For U.S. domestic orders, we accept returns for up to 14 days from your receipt of the product. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
For international orders, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with returns.
Orders are only eligible for a refund if the product is returned in the same condition that you received it. The original plastic wrap packaging the puzzle box must also not have been opened.
For returns or any other inquiries, please email us at: email@example.com and provide the email address used to place the order, your order number, and the receipt or proof of purchase for us to get started!
To return your products, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can set up a return label for you. For U.S. domestic orders, the standard US$10 cost of return shipping will be communicated to you prior to us sending the label and that cost will be deducted from your refund.
For U.S. domestic refunds, once we’ve received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you via email that we have received the item as well as if your refund has been approved or denied based on the state of the product.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-9 business days. Please note that processing times vary depending on the bank or credit card company that you use, so please contact them if your refund has not been posted to your account yet.
We only replace items if they are damaged upon delivery. If this is the case, please send us a photo immediately upon opening the shipper box. If you find that your puzzle has missing pieces, please send us a photo of the completed puzzle and note the location of the missing piece to email@example.com. Upon the successful completion of an investigation by both our carrier and our service team, we will promptly send you a new piece, free of charge.
All sale item pricing is final and ineligible for return. We can only accept refunds for regular priced products.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your parcel after 10 days after the shipment date and believe it may have been lost-in-transit. Please do include your name & order number in your email to us - we will work with the courier to conduct an investigation and get back to you as soon as possible.
